| Responsibilities & Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes for the integration and transformation of financial data. Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of core finance concepts. Manage cross-functional projects by defining success criteria, engaging stakeholders across departments, and outlining the necessary steps for project success. Develop and implement dashboards that provide stakeholders with financial metrics to support business analysis and decision-making. Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through compelling presentations and actionable recommendations. Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users on financial data tools, assets, and reports. | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or math based discipline, or equivalent practical experience required OR a business focused masters degree (MBA/MS) Minimum of 12 years of data analytics experience (8 years with masters) Expert level knowledge of SQL (window functions, CTEs, etc.) Advanced experience working with a BI tool such as. Tableau, Power BI or Looker Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and managing complex cross-functional projects and driving these projects to completion Hands-on experience with data pipelines and/or ETL processes Experience with SingleStore is plus | | Competencies and Behaviors Excellent attention to details Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and finance concepts to non-finance tram Knowledge of Python and/or R Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong business intuition and the ability to relate analyses to 6sense’s goals and objectives Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
