About the role

Test Engineer Jr responsible for conducting electrical, mechanical, and performance testing on air conditioning units (cooling and heat pumps) according to industry standards such as ANSI, AHRI, and ASHRAE.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in using test equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English

Key Responsibilities:

As Test Engineer Jr, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive testing on air conditioning units.
• Analyzing test data and generate detailed reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintaining an acceptable level of 5s in the lab.

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge in AHRI, ASTM D4169 Shipping and ASHRAE 41.2 standards.
• Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025 quality system.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems.
• Provide technical expertise during the evaluation of test results.
• Knowledge of laboratory tools and equipment.
