Let’s talk about the Role

The RPA Business Process Analyst will be primarily responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to optimize, support and maintain enterprise-wide business processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document requirements in the form of PDD, and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities.

• Process Analysis: Identify and analyze business processes suitable for implementation of RPA and RDA. Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the RPA scope, benefits and risks of projects/tasks assigned.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed PDD requirements for RPA solutions and create functional specifications as user stories in JIRA Scum or Kanban board to help support an Agile development process.
• Solution Design: Participate and do basic design of RPA solutions that meet business requirements and enhance process efficiency. Act as the subject matter expert and provide in-depth systems expertise from a functional perspective in a support capacity, for new initiatives and projects.
• Implementation: Work with RPA developers and business stakeholders to implement and test RPA solutions.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of RPA solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff related to BOT metrics.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and provide training sessions as needed. Also assist in getting the required access to environments.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and RPA solutions. Also recommend best practices in RPA development, maintenance, and system standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good Business Analysis, Project/Program Management skills
• Good experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate or any RPA tool
• Practical, relevant experience with focus on RPA as a creative problem solver and a proven ability to solve tough challenges with high quality.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize data, summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations related to RPA space.
• Experience working with development teams & translating business requirements to technical use case.

Preferred Skills

• A desire to collaborate, negotiate and influence, effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Ability to perform QA/UAT for BOTs
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Experience working in Jira or any project management tools.
