Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for a **Data Engineer DevOps. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

The chosen candidate will have to gain expertise in the DataHub product, its various implementations, and its architecture and features. Contribute to RUN tasks related to DataHub by critically assessing and proposing improvements to enhance task simplicity and reliability. Familiarize yourself with strategic projects aimed at evolving DataHub’s functionality, potentially transforming it into a Data Fabric. Actively participate in and support Data Engineering projects, contributing to all phases from pre-study, analysis, and development to testing, documentation, and the entire data lifecycle, including collection, ingestion, integration, and exposure of DataHub data.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.

**Main Functions

• Monitor application performance and process change requests.
• Provide quality support to Business Lines.
• Analyze business needs and propose solutions within company constraints.
• Adapt to new contexts and quickly develop necessary skills.
• Integrate new application features and supervise performance indicators.
• Handle incidents and organize remediation.
• Propose optimizations and efficiency gains.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Contribute to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Requirements for the role

• Oracle SQL (master)
• KSH development
• Python development (Data handling)
• Toolchain CI/CD (principle, tools, automated test...) 2
• Cloud experience with container, Object Storage (COS) and exchange protocol (type S3)
• Docker
• Proficiency knowledges:
  • Security rules and protocols
  • Exchange file protocols (CFT)
  • Distributed architecture
  • Integration of technical components with associated flows (3-party architecture, SAML authentication, Web services, https, etc.)
  • LINUX environment
• Agility (Scrum framework), Adaptability
• Proactivity, autonomy, and structured/methodical organization skills
• Analytic Ability
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
