**About this role
We are seeking multiple SAP Developers to join our team and support our projects to deliver financial solution for our clients.
As a SAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to the needs of the financial services industry. You will be a crucial part of our squad working on loan and real estate management solutions, collaborating closely with a team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, industry-specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical aspects such as customizations, integrations, and extensions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop custom solutions using tools like MDF (Metadata Framework) and APIs to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.
• Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the project needs.
• Customize and enhance SuccessFactors modules to align with business objectives
• Integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems within the financial services framework.
• Collaborate with consultants and business analysts to understand and implement technical requirements unique to financial services.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SuccessFactors solutions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Developer.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and customizing SuccessFactors modules for financial applications.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques with other financial solutions.

Required Technologies:

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SuccessFactors Integration Center
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• MDF (Metadata Framework)
• SAP APIs for custom development and integrations
• Experience in managing data migration processes with a focus on data integrity and consistency.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
