A quick snapshot …

As a consultant (Business Analyst - Salesforce/CPQ domain experience), you will utilize your consulting skills and functional knowledge for gathering and documenting the requirements, preparing the design and completing configuration tasks for small/ mid-size projects. You will have excellent collaboration skills and should be able to work with global cross-functional teams. The role requires very good verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to collaborate with the project team, product management team and other stakeholders for timely resolution of issues which impact customer satisfaction.

This crucial role diligently works on customer projects to document customer requirements and help the global project team deliver the highest quality to the customer. This role would work directly with the customer team, solution architect, developers and QA and is one of the key members who contribute to achieving very high customer satisfaction thereby making professional services a world-class team.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Related experience . 3-5 years of industry experience in consulting (Business Analyst role) and client facing roles. Should have effective articulation and communication skills - verbal / written. knowledge of Conga products is a great advantage.

Functional knowledge . This is an absolute must. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your proven ability in participating in functional requirements and functional design meetings, in documenting functional requirements and in preparing functional design is fundamental to the success in this role.

You will take ownership in participating in key meetings like requirements gathering to elicit requirements, user acceptance testing and end user training. You will have demonstrated experience in analyzing current business processes, systems, data and workflows, evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will have experience in documenting/ reviewing the requirements, preparing flow and process diagrams, developing user stories and to-be process flows and conducting system demos. You will be performing product configuration tasks.

Collaboration . You should be able to demonstrate experience of working cohesively with the global project team for efficient deliveries. You should be able to utilize your strong communication skills to transition user stories to development and QA team and assist in defect management process from build to hyper care.

Other skills. It is desirable to have experience in creating functional design and data workflows for small/ mid-scale implementations. Experience in participating in technical requirements and technical design workshops, participating and leading scrum calls with customer team or with project team is beneficial.

Industry expertise . Let’s face it, understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/ or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running.

Education : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
