Job Description

— Full time position: 5 days a week (hybrid working – work 2/3 days in our London office and the rest from home)

About the role

At DUAL we are currently undertaking a global rebrand that will involve developing and implementing a new visual identity for the business. This project will also involve reviewing and migrating some of our current sub-brands across the business, making it a busy but exciting project to be part of.

In this role, you will be updating MS Office templates, many of which are used by business-critical systems. As tangible expressions of our new visual identity, it is of vital importance they adhere to the new brand guidelines and showcase our new visual identity.

You will be working with multiple, varied stakeholders from across the business – Brand, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations, IT to name a few – and will need to be able to adapt your communication style to these differing audiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the delivery of their objectives
  • Apply the brand guidelines consistently and accurately to all templates identified
  • Propose solutions to system limitations impacting the ability to implement the guidelines ‘as is’
  • Identify opportunities to further mature the brand guidelines
  • Submit documentation for approval across multiple stakeholder groups within the agreed timeframe, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Foster collaboration and efficiency by maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and other individuals involved in the project.
  • Effective diary and time management

Key skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills. PowerPoint skills would also be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of the importance of brand
  • Previous experience of technology driven document creation and management. Config or code level exposure to any of the following would be a plus MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Efficient and highly organised
  • Pragmatic and confident with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships across the business
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

Professional qualifications

  • Educated to A-level (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent)
