Financial Markets DevOps Engineer

We are looking for you, if you have:

• You have 2-3 years of experience
• An operations hart to keep the TIBCO systems compliant, reliable and run smoothly.
• Clear understanding and experience on TIBCO products like EMS and BW.
• True platform engineer with extensive knowledge and experience on Linux, Oracle, MQ and (managed) file transfers/XFB.
• Experience working with containerized platforms, especially OpenShift/Kubernetes (ING: ICHP)
• Experience and thorough understanding of continuous delivery, deployment tools and pipelines.
• Great analytical skills and conceptual / architectural understanding, ability to learn new technical concepts fast.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum / DevOps methodologies
• When a feature is broken with customer impact, you and your team will fix it: here and now.

English level – B2/C1

Your responsibilities:

• Fully contribute to improving the TIBCO Platform squad processes whilst also ensuring all mandatory requirements such as IT risk control, change control etc. are adhered to.
• Resolving incidents and taking care (with the full squad) on 24/7 standby/shift support.
• Staying safe and compliant by working on Risk related controls such as Security Monitoring, Identity and Access Management, Change Management, Platform Security and more.
• Contribute to improvements and be proactively engaged in the teams Scrum (ceremonies).
• Doing Oracle, Linux, MQ and Citrix patching and using automated continuous delivery pipeline to do software releases (including LCM and resolving vulnerabilities).

For our team in Poland, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, technically passionate, solution-focused.

Our team is a part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury – Innovation, Hosting and Risk Services IT area of ING. We are responsible for development and maintenance of the system used in the Financial Markets and Global Treasury. By being part of our team you will actively participate in the support of mentioned systems. Aside of maintenance of the platform you will participate in automation in the context of CI/CD, testing and monitoring for more effective workplace.
