Industrial Engineer

· Propose and design optimize layout for new production floor according to the process flow to support factory expansion on new building.

· Project management on new building expansion.

· Work with cross functional team like manufacturing, equipment, facility and automation team to design automation production layout to cater production expansion to improve manufacturing efficiency.

· Plan for machine movement according to latest layout and keep track and monitoring production machine relocation timeline to ensure no impact to the expansion timeline.

· Drive and support productivity improvements for manufacturing in various aspects - capacity, space, manning, cycle time, cost savings projects.

· Time study to establish LBC for new package/ new technology.

· Prepare RFQ for new package/ new technology for costing computation.

Perform IE studies to establish and optimize equipment UPH, manning ratios, cycle time and line balancing

Requirement

· Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Operations Research, 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
