As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to execute the sourcing plans and drive opportunities. This position also implements sourcing plans to effectively manage the sourcing activities portfolio in order to maximize supplier performance.

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Driving continuous improvement in supplier quality and delivery performance
• Being responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development including qualifications, action plans, audits and performance monitoring
• Communicating with the business and colleagues to provide guidance for approach and methods when solving complex problems
• Executing SQE activities for a designated group of suppliers

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have significant experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Vendor functions with minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Be an expert in International Standards & Regulatory Requirements with specifications (ASTM, PED,IEC,ANSI,CE, CSA, UL,DIN)
• Be Able to understand drawings, Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T),manufacturing process plan (MPP) for machining, process steps, conducting FMEA.
• Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to travel frequently
