Purpose
- FCI Monitoring and SLA reporting: Improved Monitoring as documented in B2G FCI program including Dashboard solution and Delivery of Reporting data needed for enhanced SLA reporting
- E2E responsibility for Monitoring and Data Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure (OBR / COSO / SmartCube / GDAPP)
- Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s
Key accountabilities
- Design and Concepts for Monitoring & Data Analytics Environment and Solutions incl. Security Concepts.
- Creation of customer independent Monitoring, Analytics and AIOps solutions for Private Cloud FCI.
- Design and Concepts for Automation solutions and Integration of overarching Automation tools (e.g. OO, CAMP).
- Development of solutions for new technologies like Public Cloud, Containerized.
- Supporting ISAE 3402 Audits.
- Supporting Patch-, Release- and Compliance Management
- Support Capacity Planning by prediction of utilizations.
- Providing Dashboards, different kind of Reports for Customer as well as for Landscape and Platform Teams.
- Build up Data Lake as basis for Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AIOPS, supporting Landscape analysis.
Requirements
Education
- Information technologies - Secondary education
Experience
- Min 3 years experience in Systems Management tool suites: Opentext package or comparable: HP OO, HP SA, HP generic modules, OBM200 - Operations Bridge Manager 2023.x Advanced.
- Deep knowledge in Monitoring and Reporting solutions

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.
