Partner with the best

As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues
• As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases
• For some projects the individual may handle escalating technical issues/troubleshooting
• Works together with cross-functional teams
• Communicates specific needs about project approach and presents outcomes of investigations or testing performed
• Responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion
• Responsible for implementing processes and procedures updates and change management as required
• Handles diverse clients in a region
• Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
• 50% laboratory work and 50% field work.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in Oilfield Chemical Services)
• Experience in Oilfield Chemical Services are preferred
• Must be willing and able to present information to various levels of the organization and customers in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to lead and influence others that may not be direct reports
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
• Proven ability to manage several projects from conception to completion simultaneously
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Proven analytical and organizational ability

• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) - The work is based in our local laboratory in Kilgore TX and/ or the work includes frequent, sometimes daily remote work at one of our customer site in Southern and Eastern US.
