Intune Engineer

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Intune Engineer role.

Our Business Applications Team plays a crucial role in managing, deploying, and maintaining our application portfolio to ensure our teams have the tools they need to succeed. We are seeking a highly skilled Intune Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our application management and deployment strategies.
The Team is responsible for the global delivery, support and maintenance of the firm’s desktop & web applications environment to 8000 endpoints and 280 Windows Servers.

Your role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intune Engineer with a strong background in application packaging and deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of application deployment processes, ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance of software applications across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Application Packaging: Create, test, and deploy application packages using Microsoft Intune. Ensure all applications meet our security and compliance standards.
• Management and Deployment: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our application portfolio, including updates, patches, and version control. Utilise Intune to manage deployments across various devices and platforms.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce policies for application usage, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for application issues, working closely with end-users and IT support teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, deployment processes, and policy changes. Create user guides and training materials as needed.
• Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve application deployment processes to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience.

Your experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Intune in a similar role, preferably within a large organisation.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune for application deployment and management.
• Proficiency in application packaging (MSI, EXE, MSIX, App-V) and deployment through Intune.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management tasks.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and its integration with Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and configuration.
• Ability to create and manage compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune.
• Understanding of Intune App Protection Policies and their application in managing corporate data

Location

• Warsaw - we have hybrid working model with 2 days per week at the office
