Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Development Engineer located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Work with the customer and design team to understand product test requirements.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and documentation relating to functionality.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
• Evaluate different product interfaces.
• Understand hardware architecture of product.
• Understand standard communication protocols.
• Develop environments based on specific test needs.
• Understand interaction between software / Hardware / Fixturing / Test environment.
• Work closely with Design Engineers to understand product functionality.•
• Design electrical test solutions.
• Be familiar with latest test equipment and instruments.
• Be familiar with structural test (e.g. ICT, FCT, JTAG etc…).
• Have ability to perform DFT activity
• Be aware of all the latest hardware technologies. ​

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Software Skills: LabVIEW, Test, Python, Altium Design, C programming, PLC, SQL and other related programming software
• Fresh graduate will be considered
