Job Description:

• Assist in the creation of multiple art concepts and style guides with different vendors to provide creative support for product development year long and for seasonal events such as like Halloween, Christmas and Chinese New Year.
• Support creative design for apparel to drive Guest purchases and incremental merchandise revenue.
• Review, revise and approve artwork from multiple sources by providing feedback, direction and solutions for product design as required by Product Development to ensure every product is of high quality with strong character integrity before vendor production begins.
• Provide creative support for various projects as required by Product Development and other partners such as CA/OP partners.
• Prepare a trend report for Product Development, share information from the creative aspects to generate ideas and direction in different team meetings for review.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with excellent creative senses on Style Guide development and CWO for merchandise development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders. Stay abreast of share best practice in merchandise creativity.
• Ability to identify, direct and supervise external creative partners, including other Teams and LOBs.
• Professional skills of Macintosh and PC compute with strong computer and hand sketching skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, for creative support in daily workflow.
