People Analytics Analyst

As an Analyst - People Analytics you will be responsible for People Data to deliver actionable insights to HR teams and managers across the business, enabling them to make informed people decisions

Reporting to the People Analytics Lead you will be part of the People Analytics team, who would be delivering reporting and analytics to show value in data via online self-service reports and dashboards in PowerBI and answering ad-hoc requests for People information from People Teams and the wider business. Our main data platforms are Oracle and ServiceNow

What you will do

• Maintain BAU management reporting of self-serve People KPIs by running the update and refresh of a suite of PowerBI dashboards (weekly and monthly).
• Manage Ad-hoc Data and Analytics requests from stakeholders.
• Regular data quality monitoring – Running and analyzing reports to identify Data Quality issues, explaining variances and trends to continually identify and suggest changes to processes or systems improvements to drive data integrity.
• Partner with functional areas of People & Culture Team on key People/HR initiatives; provide expert advice and guidance to the teams on data.
