About this Job:

Our Jr Marketing Analyst position will help drive forward our Marketing strategy and expertise within our sales and marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands B2B marketing, is digital-oriented, and will partner with business leaders and other marketing team members to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels (such as online, social media, mail marketing, etc)
  • Work closely with Marketing and PR colleagues within the team (regional and global), to ensure that tactics and action plans are aligned with the regional/global Marketing and Communications and commercial goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments contributing to processes and strategies.
  • Support and manage digital and in-person events
  • Is in regular exchange with functional peers across the region and other geographies and Centres of Excellence to share experience, learnings, and further development and expansion of own skill set.
  • Leverage and contribute to marketing technology and automation infrastructure and lead management processes to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Leverage standardized reports to monitor, analyse, and optimize campaigns

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • At least 1+ year of marketing experience, preferably executing some of the same tasks to be managed in the role
  • Experience in digital marketing or related roles focused on awareness and content creation, lead generation, social media, SEO, and lead activation
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms is an advantage e.g. Microsoft Dynamics as well as paid social media, search engine marketing, WordPress, Hootsuite
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Spanish is an advantage

Skills

  • Communication skills, oral and writing - promotional texts, business writing for content marketing, social media and other channels. This role requires interacting with Commercial teams, Marketing and Communications regularly.
  • Organized and worked well under pressure
  • Self-driven and initiative
  • Ability to adapt based on data, keeping a pulse on metrics.
