If you're a skilled Game Designer ready to join our growing team, let’s connect!In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and innovative gameplay mechanics, systems, and content for our Star Merge project.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the game development team to design, balance, and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and content;
  • Create and maintain game design documentation, including design documents, feature specifications, and level designs;
  • Work on developing game LiveOps, designing new events, offfers and ensuring their alignment with core gameplay;
  • Conduct gameplay tuning and balance testing to ensure the best player experience;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in game design and user experience;
  • Work with the UI/UX specialist, 2D artist, and animator to ensure that all game elements are cohesive and contribute to an engaging player experience;
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from the game development team and player feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in game design for mobile games;
  • Experience working with LiveOps for casual mobile games;
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems, and content creation pipelines;
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in mobile game design and user experience;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with game design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;
  • Experience with data analysis and A/B testing for game design;
  • Experience with game programming or scripting;
  • Experience designing for international audiences.
