Arcesium is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our Corporate Technology team. As a techno-functional Analyst you would have a strong background in Business Analysis & Problem Solving and exposure to Cloud technology. You will play a pivotal role in translating end user pain points into system design flows to build robust applications & processes.

You will primarily work with the Product Management team and stakeholders to understand the requirements for the project/product & define and prioritize stories and determine dependencies. You will then work with our Agile Engineering team to develop smaller, incremental stories and iteration deliverables based on those Features ensuring successful development and launch of both home-grown & Vendor Owned SaaS Products.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and reporting on product / project progress to stakeholders. Your ability to conduct market research and analyze trends, combined with your strong technical background, will be crucial in making data-driven product decisions.

What You'll Do

• Business Analysis Skills: Hands on experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Preparing BRDs, product manuals, writing use cases, reviewing test cases, functional testing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Facilitation & Liaison Skills: Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills to articulate requirements, user personas, stories, acceptance criteria. Good overall facilitation, active listening, and influencing skills with both end users and our agile team.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that technical aspects of the product are fulfilled, and that development efforts are aligned with the product vision. Actively work on proof of concept, identify risk with third-party products, and contribute to cost-benefit analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, sales, and marketing, to gather input, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches.
• Project Management: Create project plans, manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that risks are identified, creating mitigation strategies such that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
• Technical Background: Leverage your strong technical background to understand complex technical requirements & translate requirements to system flow. Experience with Jira or other PM Tools is preferred.
• Business Intelligence: Utilize hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Fabric to generate insights and reports that support data-driven decision-making. Experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Acts as customer advocate for the team, questions and seeks out opportunities to connect the team with stakeholders, and end users to develop and improve their understanding and empathy of end user needs.
• Knowledge on MySQL, Data Warehouse, Oracle, MongoDB and Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a good to have
• Work closely with engineering team to own/ execute infrastructure and engineering projects.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of work experience.
• A bachelor’s or master’s Degree. A master's degree in management would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in project management, including managing timelines and budgets for complex projects.
• Extensive experience with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting. Prior consulting experience would be a plus.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist in designing and implementing solutions that align with business goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
