Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Montreal office

We seek a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. As a critical team member, you will create new full-stack features from user interfaces to the backend and database. We aim to develop high-quality projects, and you can expect to be challenged on potential improvements that can be made to both your code and the UI that you have built. We are working and growing as a team by challenging each other. We use TypeScript for most projects and a bit of Python for the rest. For the frontend React and backend, we use the framework NestJS. • Architect, build and deploy internal and public-facing features using TypeScript, React and Python
• Lead technical projects from feature scoping through architecture to implementation
• Write highly maintainable code through simplicity and good requirement assessment
• Have constructive debates with your peers about how to solve complex problems

Requirements

• Being a fast learner because we use a diverse range of technologies
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Fluent in at least one of these programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React
• Experience building a RESTful API, being proficient with SQL queries, etc.
