Position Summary:
- Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service to the dialysis units in the country.
- To provide technical support to the Clinical Resource Specialist in trials and
installations
- To liaise with the Technical Service Supervisor/Manager on update of technical activities.
- Working as part of a team with Sales / Clinical services to increase product
penetration.
- Identify new and follow up on any potential business opportunities by being proactive in the marketplace.
- Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders.
- Active involvement in acquiring new business and assist maintaining existing ones.
Key responsibilities/authorities:
- Maintain all equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all Services are carried out on time and in a professional manner.
- Educate staff in the hospitals on the operation of our machines.
- Maintain an adequate Spare Part Kit and ensure that all modules are repaired.
- A service report to be completed for all installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Enter all service reports into the Technical Service Database and hardcopy be filled on a regular basis.
- Maintain Database on all equipment sold and on trial or loan.
- Troubleshooting support by telephone and e-mail.
- Support Customer Service with technical inquiries.
Qualifications:

BS in Electronics or Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate

With one to two years experience in Water Treatment System is preferred

Fresh Graduates are acceptable
