LOCALISATION SERVICES

DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Our Versioning Producers sit within our Client Services department and are the main contact at DMS for the local marketing teams of key global studio clients.We are seeking a Versioning Producer within our Trailer department specialising in the localisation of film trailers for global distribution for our prestigious, world-renowned clients.

THE ROLE

As part of the Trailers Client Services team, you will be responsible for end-to-end workflows to create and deliver multi-channel localised trailer assets on behalf of our studio clients.

This will include working directly with the studios local marketing teams, and internally across our dedicated trailer operations teams, to manage the full localisation process and delivery of a high volume of assets to facilitate cross-platform, coordinated global launches.

You will manage complex delivery schedules with the ability to communicate challenges and prioritise work according to tight deadlines.

Main Duties

• Be a main point of contact for clients
• Working within our London Trailer CS team to ensure consistency and providing best-in-class customer service
• Ensuring clients expectations of quality and efficiency are always met. Responding to client queries accurately and efficiently
• In collaboration with our internal operations teams, acting as a trouble-shooter, swiftly resolving any ops or client issues.
• Coordinate with local markets to successfully deliver localisation projects
• Managing and placing orders via DMS systems and updating project tracking and distribution software accurately
• Manage production schedules, scheduling work out to various internal departments and provide status updates
• Facilitate external, client led approval process
• The role requires after hours support for internal ops teams and external clients and vendors. This may include a slight change in shift pattern to:
  07:00 to 15:30, 07:30 to 16:00 and 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Comfortable liaising with clients of all levels – exceptional written and verbal communication

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, to tight deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Highly organised, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and shifting timelines

1 years experience in post-production/localisation

2+ years client service experience

Knowledge of technical specifications for online and theatrical file formats
