And our Central Brand team wants to unleash Naked Wines as the best kept secret in the wine industry. We look to balance maximum empowerment and relevance for local teams in each of our countries (USA, UK and Australia) with centralised efficiency of delivery, customer focus and consistency.

We are striving to build a distinctive and consistent Customer Value Proposition across all markets, and the Brand Manager will play a core role in achieving this.

Responsible for developing and implementing brand projects that enhance our market position, drive customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand message is consistent, compelling, and resonates with our target audience in each market.

Location: London or Norwich (1 day per week at primary office, 1 trip to the other office per month)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Value Proposition (CVP):
    • Fully understand our existing and future customers to execute our new CVP in a compelling way across all three markets.
    • Regularly audit marketing touchpoints and identify core projects to enable each country to live the Brand vision of taking the guesswork out of wine.
    • Project manage these core projects from brief to completion and successful local rollout, measuring their impact and completing retros to build continuous improvement cycles.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Maintain brand guidelines (and accompanying styles guides and asset libraries) and ensure all marketing activities align.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns which drive brand awareness.
    • Coordinate the Brand Council: Train enabling senior marketing team members in each country to champion marketing excellence, and align on enablers to do better, more attention grabbing marketing activity
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track and report on key brand performance metrics, including KPIs identified in our brand tracking.
    • Facilitate brand tracking meetings with the Head of Research, synthesising key findings relevant to progress made building brand fame
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Brand Consultation:
    • Act as a brand consultant for internal teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and CVP.
    • Provide feedback on design work and other brand-related projects.
  • Collaboration & Budget Management:
    • Work with third-party agencies as needed for specific projects.
    • Manage a content library to ensure assets are shared between markets.
    • Manage the global brand budget effectively.
