Job Summary: The SaaS Application Expert will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient operation of SaaS-based applications, including O365, and scheduling tools such as Appspace, Zoom, and WebEx. The role requires a deep understanding of application deployment design, stakeholder management, and integration of various tools with O365. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the company's working model, proficient in change management processes, and capable of working as an individual contributor to meet sprint acceptance criteria.

  • Job Summary: The SaaS Application Expert will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient operation of SaaS-based applications, including O365, and scheduling tools such as Appspace, Zoom, and WebEx. The role requires a deep understanding of application deployment design, stakeholder management, and integration of various tools with O365. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the company's working model, proficient in change management processes, and capable of working as an individual contributor to meet sprint acceptance criteria.
  • Technical Expectations:
  • Proven experience of 10 -15 years in managing SaaS-based applications and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    Must have at least 10+ years’ Architecture experience Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Testing, Migrating & Securing Office 365 Platforms
  • Manage O365, SaaS Platforms, Room Booking Scheduling Tools infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of application deployment design and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with tools integration within the O365 ecosystem.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and company models.
  • Solid understanding of change management processes.
  • Experience in providing Tier2, Tier3 level of support to all O365, SharePoint, Room Booking Tools.
  • Work with external vendors to successfully manage the platforms.
  • Understanding on Managing identity and access in the Microsoft Cloud – Azure Active Directory, Azure AD App Registration, Authentication Methods, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management
  • Experience with Teams telephony, Room booking system and integrations
  • Fluency with Security and compliance products in Office 365
  • Understanding of networking connectivity including firewalls and DNS.
    Scripting skills – PowerShell.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the use of SaaS applications, including O365, to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of meetings and events using tools like Appspace, Zoom, and WebEx.
  • Design and deploy application deployment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Integrate various tools with O365 to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
  • Adapt to the company's working model and contribute to the evolution of processes and systems.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of stories and ensuring sprint acceptance criteria are met.
    Be responsible globally for the delivery and operation of O365 applications
    Expertise of O365 application (e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint online, MS Teams, Managing SaaS Platforms & Room Booking Scheduling Tools)
    large O365 transformational programmes, including hybrid configuration and Identity and Access management.
  • Lead a globally distributed team of specialist domain engineers & partners, from a position of technical authority.
  • You will be working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our customers employee experience
  • Designing complex O365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
  • Shaping O365 technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment
