Ferring+You

You will partner with all key stakeholders of the franchise or functions as well as relevant commercial partners, to understand and enable business capabilities and realize organizational growth. You will consequently support and define the roadmap to deliver franchise strategy, act as strategic PMO, adapt the strategy, driving related key initiatives and ensure strategy execution/implementation via an efficient and aligned Performance Management infrastructure.

Your day at Ferring

• Support scope and structure of new project initiatives. Project manage other initiatives as needed
• Develop and monitor metrics and feedback processes to assess the effectiveness of implemented programs
• Develop meaningful Scorecard, and analytics (reports, dashboards); deploy and ensure usage by franchise and business leaders. Provide the EVP/SVP with ad hoc analysis, recommendations and options for decisions regarding priorities and projects
• Work closely with various stakeholders in development of the franchise strategy with clear plans for implementation, including opportunities to improve efficiencies and challenge the status quo
• Guide end-to-end strategy deployment and propose adjustment for existing strategies
• Map and monitor business risks. Communicate the plan and any deviations. Adapt Strategy and propose actions to mitigate those risks.
• Support franchise leaders in translating Strategy into actionable and quantitative plans which are in line with the overall roadmap
• Ensure alignment of Performance Management & monitoring systems
• Track KPIs and the progress of key initiatives, as well as any agreed-upon shifts in strategy or direction. Ensure the definition of the road map and the generation of the execution plans
• Build critical presentations as requested
• Secretary to ELT and GBTs accountable for agendas, minutes and ensuring actions taken

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• 5+ years of PMO or consultancy experience leading projects in an international environment; pharmaceutical industry a plus
• Relevant experience in strategy definition and implementation, strategic planning experience, preferably with consulting firm or inhouse consulting groups
• Finance acumen and exposure to Executive Management
• Demonstrated ability to lead international cross-functional team and experience in change management across companies
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Professional business English mandatory (oral and written)
