About the role:

As Make continues to evolve we have an exciting opportunity for a junior, pragmatic, and “team player” IT Service Engineer (part-time) to join us and take ownership of all internal IT systems for the business. It’s a role where you will have great impact, autonomy, and visibility across the wider IT team with many opportunities for learning and development. As Make looks to become more aligned with its parent company, Celonis IT Systems, you will work very closely with the Celonis IT team as the owner of Make internal IT Systems to help drive progress and success and support all Make employees across locations.

You will:

  • Set up of devices for all Make employees, including troubleshooting of existing devices and handling employee onboarding
  • Be the first point of contact for all Make employees
  • Experience of working with and supporting across collaboration tools such as Slack/O365/Zoom or similar.
  • Resolve, transfer or escalate 1st level IT tickets raised by internal employees
  • Continuous optimization of the digital workplace at Make
  • Supporting in building Enterprise technologies together with our System Engineers located around the globe
  • Follow and ensure the global valid Make & Celonis IT infrastructure standards
  • Develop documentation/user/project guides for employees and administrators.

Must have:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in a Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016.)
  • Knowledge in an Apple environment (Mac/iPhone)
  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting (Mac and Windows)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD (security groups/admin accounts)
  • First knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Microsoft O365 knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to work 20-25 hours/week on-site in our Prague office

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
  • ITIL experience
  • Knowledge in IT Project management
  • Knowledge in Virtualization technologies such as VMWare
  • Basic Knowledge in Firewall systems and security systems
  • Knowledge in the use of IT Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Ability to document IT processes, changes, and guides
