We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our Information Security team. This role is pivotal in building mechanisms to proactively detect and respond to cyber threats, supporting alert investigations, and managing a service delivery team. A typical day might look like;

Design and lead tactical security initiatives, including the Information Security hunting and threat research program. Develop innovative methods to proactively identify potential threats to Regeneron. Serve as a subject matter expert on projects involving Information Security operations technologies. Create proof of concept threat hunting tools and new capabilities to enhance security measures. Validate potential threat actors, threat attack vectors, and live threats among industry peers and beyond. Manage a service delivery team comprised of multiple vendors, ensuring contract management, definition of service level agreements (SLAs), and achievement of SLAs. Work closely with value chain partners to meet or exceed expectations.

This role might be for you if you have;

Proven experience in Information Security, particularly in threat hunting and response. Strong background in managing service delivery teams and working with vendors. Deep understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures. Experience in developing proof of concept tools and capabilities for identifying anomalies. Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have 6+ years in security operations, or 8+ years in IT with 4+ years in cybersecurity. This position also requires at minimum a bachelors degree and GCFA, CISM, CEH or equivalent. Computer science certification or equivalent is a plus.​
