Job Title: International Sales Engineer Comminution and Solutions

Location: Remote, Tatabanya, Hungary

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The International Sales Engineer Comminution and Solutions is responsible for ensuring that Weir Minerals maximizes comminution original and aftermarket product sales and increases the business in the region (Hungary, Romania, Adriatics). This position will be working closely with the Regional/Territory Sales Manager(s), service and sales teams on comminution and aftermarket business objectives. The International Sales Engineer Comminution and Solutions will support existing customers and acquire and develop new customer contacts. Tasks are carried out following Weir SHE standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead planning and execution of comminution equipment and aftermarket product sales, actively targeting opportunities and preparing timely quotations.
• Develop and implement comminution sales strategies through business partners, targeting both product users and resellers.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support market opportunities and build customer relationships to meet sales objectives.
• Support marketing efforts in the comminution segment, including expos, success stories, newsletters, campaigns, and sales materials.
• Expand comminution equipment sales through site-specific solutions, reseller networks, and exploring new markets like Sand & Aggregate.
• Provide technical know-how and sales support within the Weir Mineral Europe comminution sales team and assist with Brown Field Optimization growth.
• Ensure timely customer support, manage project execution, set prices, negotiate contracts, and monitor sales activities and stock movements to optimize opportunities and service delivery.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English.
• Ability to liaise with all levels within the company and external providers.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both within a team and autonomously.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
• Proven records in relevant sales with good existing contacts in the comminution sales business.
