Senior DPE Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop software and hardware test solutions.
• Supports BU initiated projects that aims to improve the margin through test time reduction, yield improvement, platform migration, material cost reduction, etc.
• Conducts device characterization and silicon reviews at the early stages of product development and reports the results to the core team.
• Supports the Quality and Reliability team during product qualifications, and reviews product performance in different reliability tests.
• Supports the Product Development team in product and test program validations including but not limited to spike analysis, loop study, GRR, bench correlation, pilot lot, etc. making sure there is a smooth transition from BU to Manufacturing team.
• Conducts Design of Experiments to support the BU in identifying containment flows for valid rejects found during the product development phase.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years experience in test development and 3 years of experience in Test.
• Knowledge of programming any ATE. Teradyne ETS300, ETS364, ETS88 is preferred but not required.
• Experience in collaborating with different group such as Design, Systems, Product Validation, Product Development is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing integrated circuits. Magnetic sensor is a plus.
