Lead Full-Stack Sitecore Developer

Are you a highly skilled Full-Stack Sitecore Developer with a passion for leading development teams and creating cutting-edge web solutions? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our company as a Lead Full-Stack Sitecore Developer. In this role, you will spearhead website designs and build projects, delivering robust and scalable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of Sitecore developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design and develop backend services and APIs with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Work with Interface developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate backend services and create a seamless user experience.
• Maintain high coding standards, quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Lead third-party integrations and data synchronization between systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our tech stacks

Requirements

• Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, preferably XM Cloud, including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with Sitecore SXA & JSS.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles, including GraphQL & RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
• Experience with frontend development frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
