About the Job:

The Associate Manager is responsible for helping to drive customer annual value through the loyalty program and digital-exclusive products. This includes financial analysis and testing, crafting program strategy, and contributing to program design decisions. This role will play a key role in developing insights into customer behavior and loyalty program performance. You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver analysis, insights, and strategies that maximize sales and profits to help grow the business.

With this role, the opportunities are endless and will play a key role in financial and strategic aspects of Taco Bell’s eCommerce channel and loyalty program. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic Digital Finance team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and Operations. The Associate Manager will report to Senior Manager, Marketing Analysis.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner cross-functionally to share financial insight while helping the team develop holistic recommendations for digital offers and promotions
  • Develop deep understanding of key customer segments to help reach them with attractive promotional offers that drive incremental sales & profit
  • Craft strategies and build business cases to support digital channel growth
  • Create national sales forecasts of unique and innovative digital-exclusive products
  • Summarize financial insights to advise cross-functional stakeholders on financial and strategic recommendations

Is This You?

  • BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • MBA a strong plus
  • At least 6 years relevant work experience (Corporate Finance, analytical/insights-driven roles, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
  • Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
  • Desire to have a large impact on our organization with a can-do attitude
  • Superb interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross functionally
  • Resourceful nature with an ability to build business cases through financial models, data, and relevant assumptions
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: ­$93,800 - $127,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
