Digital Account Analyst

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Digital Account Analyst to join our Management Accounting Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As part of the Management Accounting Team, the Digital Accounts Analyst is responsible for the actual monthly closing and monitoring process of VF International with specific focus on Digital Account’s Revenues, Standard Margin and Inventory Control; while also continuously interact and work together with the rest of Management Accounting department.

Main areas of responsibility:

Actual Monthly Closing Process

• Actual variance analysis on top line revenues and standard margin.
• Actual marginality analysis at Account level.
• Digital Accounts accrual calculation for: Fees, SAB104, SR&A, Missing Sales.

Actual Monthly Process

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting activities on actuals.
• Weekly monitoring activity for Digital Account’s inventory movements and interaction with AMS.
• Monthly monitoring activity for logistic costs and COUPA management related to fee’s invoice.
• Digital Account Cash Allocation.

New Digital Accounts onboarding

• Validate Financial flow related to the new Digital Accounts model during UAT phases.
• Integrate existing tool to monitor new Digital Accounts model.

Interaction with other departments

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to improve and validate tools used for monthly activities.
• Address and monitor customer service activities for monthly invoices.
• Collaborate with Internal and External Auditors.
• Close interaction with Cash Allocation Team to guarantee the correct payment flow.
• Support AP team to facilitate and speed up invoice registration and consequent payment.

Skills for Success

To succeed as Digital Account Analyst, we are looking for someone with:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
• 3- 5 years’ experience in the Finance department of a company, preferably in multinational environment under US GAAP, and/or Big Four.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP Platform.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence.
• Autonomous and proactive.
