We do most of our Development in the WordPress ecosystem and most of our deployments are on WPEngine. Our websites make extensive use of tracking technologies to power our analytics and engagement tools to increase lead conversions.

Blue Corona is authorized to do business in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in a state where Blue Corona is registered, you will not be eligible for employment.

Summary of Position:

As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ goals and expectations. You will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be a subject matter expert in Paid Media. You will be strategic, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
  • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
  • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance
  • Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate campaign status, discuss campaign results, and strategic plans to internal team members and external stakeholders to continually improve performance
  • Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients ahead of their competitors through paid media campaigns
  • Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance
  • Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Operations Manager to set up new ad accounts
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant requests
  • Lead Paid Media team trainings, and mentor junior members of the team
  • Maintain and establish expertise in all utilized ad serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media team
  • Collaborate with Director of Paid Media to identify areas of inefficiency within the processes and strategy of the team
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and lead Paid Media team trainings
  • Host Paid Media office hours
  • Train new hires to ensure they can successfully fill their role and responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Current Google Ads (AdWords) certification
  • Hands-on experience with Google, Bing, Meta and other ad networks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • A desire to think strategically, proactively and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions
  • Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads experience
  • Agency experience
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Performance presentation development experience
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Ad management tool experience
  • Data analysis experience
