CoverMyMeds is seeking a Data Analyst to join our business intelligence / analytics team that focuses on our user network. We're in search of a driven, self-motivated team-player who will thrive in a constantly changing and time sensitive environment. This role requires a candidate that is energized by solving complex problems, has the tenacity to push through to complete difficult projects, and is intent on enabling users to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst (Sr. Associate Business Intelligence Analyst) at CoverMyMeds, you will empower our clients and internal teams by providing world-class analytics solutions. This includes maintaining a dynamic, interactive reporting platform to enable our users to access self-service tools and reporting.

Some examples of the things you’ll work on:

• Provide analytics that support our provider, pharmacy, and payer clients
• Support our technical, product, and operations teams in decision making based on sound data insights
• Collaborate with internal client-facing teams to provide support in advancing our partner relationships
• Create interactive self-service solutions for our internal stakeholders
• Analyze system behavior to identify anomalies and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze user activity and uncovering irregularities

About You
Our candidate will serve as the go-to data person who can connect the dots for our clients and colleagues. We believe success in this position requires the drive to systematize and automate the creation, quality assurance, and distribution of analytics. Requirements include:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, and 2+ years of relative experience
• Beginner-to-intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of and experience with Tableau
• Passion for data analysis and data visualization
• Bright, outstanding problem-solver
• Strong technical skills with high business acumen; healthcare experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$68,300 - $113,900
