In this fixed-term role based in Richmond, you will lead the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Epworth’s Doctor App and Patient Portal web-based applications. Your expertise will enhance user experiences and align with our business objectives, making a tangible impact on quality of care. As a key member of the Digitise team, you will report to the Product Manager and contribute to shaping our digital strategy.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Designing seamless and engaging interfaces and workflows for the Doctor App and Patient Portal, enhancing the user experience across both web and mobile platforms
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and applying relevant innovations to enhance our product designs.
  • Ensuring designs meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
  • Participating in quarterly planning and workshops to contribute to product strategy and prioritise features effectively.

  • Be committed to professional growth and continuous improvement, leveraging feedback to enhance your design work.

You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working closely with developers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Expertise in conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating findings into the design process.
  • Proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma), user-centred design principles, and behavioural analytics tools.
  • Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform, which will enhance your ability to integrate design solutions with existing business systems.
