About the Role:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and growth oriented Product Owner for our Mobile App. You will be at the forefront of our product development process, driving the execution of our mobile app vision. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring our mobile app continues to deliver exceptional user experiences and meets our business goals. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong understanding of subscription-based businesses and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap: Create and execute Product Roadmap aligned with overall vision of the company and translate business opportunities into features that have measurable impact on company’s financial goals.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, and release management.
• KPI Management: Ownership of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, content, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality product features.
• Market Research & User Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to continuously improve the app and ensure it meets user needs.
• User Engagement & Retention: Implement and optimize features that enhance user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments on various app features and growth initiatives to continuously optimize performance.
• Subscription Business Model: Leverage your understanding of subscription-based businesses to optimize the app’s monetization strategy and drive user retention.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
• Hands-On Development: Be involved in the hands-on development process, including defining user stories, prioritizing the product backlog, and working closely with development teams.
• Independent Execution: Operate autonomously, making key decisions and driving projects forward with minimal oversight, while keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges.
• Proficiency with Tools: Utilize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app product management, preferably within a high-growth startup.
• Growth Expertise: Proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for mobile apps.
• Curiosity & willingness to learn: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about latest technologies, AI and willing to learn constantly how to do more with these tools
• Result ownership: Ability to own and deliver measurable financial results via mobile app features.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the health and fitness industry is a plus.
• Project Management: Proven experience with project management and agile methodologies.
• Subscription Business Expertise: Experience with subscription-based business models and strategies.
• App Store / Google Play: Strong understanding of compliance and experience in managing apps across both platforms.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile app development processes and tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
