Head of Design

At CSGOEmpire we believe in the need for a fair, safe gambling platform in the Counter Strike space. We’re not about profit above all else, we believe in authenticity and transparency to help shape the industry for the better.

We’re searching for a visionary Head of Design who can transform our platform’s design into an immersive and seamless user experience. You’ll be in charge of both UX and UI, driving intuitive, user-friendly designs that not only guide users effortlessly but also resonate deeply with our brand’s identity. Our current designs need to evolve into something extraordinary, and we need someone who can elevate them to the next level! Think Stake-level, but with more complexity and refined branding.

Role Overview:

• Define and drive the overall design vision, ensuring cohesion across all UI, UX, branding, and graphic design elements.Lead, mentor, and grow a talented design team, setting a high standard for creativity and execution.

• Translate complex product requirements into simple, beautiful, and functional user interfaces that enhance the user journey.

• Create a design framework that ensures consistency, depth, and uniqueness across all digital platforms.

• Push for innovation and drive design excellence, always challenging the team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that set new industry standards.

• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.

• Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Ensure that design decisions are data-driven, backed by user research, usability testing, and analytics.

Key skills required:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, branding, and graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• A portfolio that showcases top-tier, complex design solutions, preferably in crypto, gaming, fintech, or similar high-stakes industries.

• Proven experience working at the intersection of branding, product, and UX/UI, with the ability to deliver cohesive and visually compelling experiences.

• Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design across platforms.

• Ability to manage and lead a team to deliver results quickly and efficiently.

• A deep desire for pushing creative boundaries and raising the bar for design in the iGaming space.
