Company Overview: We are a global human resources consulting firm with a presence in 8 countries and 15 offices worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at the global headquarters, managing HR functions for a team of 20-30 employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, terminations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development and growth.
- Foster positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with leadership to support the companyโs HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 1.5 years of HR Generalist experience in a startup or consulting company environment.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and recognition programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
