Your Role: Supply Chain Analyst

Your Responsibilities:

• Consistent communication with resource owners regarding operation status and work center capacities.
• Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needs
• Play an active role in Global Supply Chain initiatives.
• Actively participates and/or may lead projects and process improvements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Currently enrolled in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering degree and graduating in December 2024 or May 2025
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Consistent execution of timely deliverables
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Animal Health/Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with USDA and other regulatory requirements
• Previous experience in procurement
• Demonstrated proficiency in a data driven approach to problem solving
• Drive results and work with autonomy
• Problem solving through mastery of supply chain best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively

Additional Information:

• Travel: 10%
• Location: Indianapolis, IN or Fort Dodge Manufacturing Plant - Fort Dodge, IA
