Sales Desk Executive

Reports to: Sales Desk Manager

Based at: Quedgeley Office (Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation period)

Job Purpose Summary: Support our field sales people with producing quotes on Goldvision (our company quoting tool) and some direct quoting to existing customers. All training is provided

Requirements

• Create ‘low complexity Quote’ on behalf of Field Sales Staff;
• Assist Field Sales Staff in water hygiene contract renewals;
• Systemically follow up unconverted sales desk quotes on behalf of Field Sales;
• Manage and nurture basic allocated ‘House Accounts’ to ensure client satisfaction and to upsell where possible.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Attain set target of number of quotes produced per quarter
• Produce quotes to appropriate quality and in a timely manner to ensure best conversion chance
• Manage a small set of ‘House Accounts
• Customer satisfaction

SMART Targets:

• Number of quotes per quarter
• Conversion rates of quotes
• Defending annual House Account budget
