Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in leveraging data analytics tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Qualtrics to drive business insights and decision-making. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help guide strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Gather and maintain data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and operational improvements.
• Reporting: Develop, create, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytics tools.
• Qualitative & Quantitative Research: Utilize Qualtrics and other survey tools to gather and analyze customer feedback and other qualitative data.
• Data Integration: Work with various departments to integrate data from Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other platforms into a cohesive analytics framework.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that align with business goals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and continuously seek opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field desired.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Certification in Salesforce, Power BI, or Qualtrics.

Familiarity with additional data analytics tools and platforms.
