Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to Engineering Manager or Sr. Manager to drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets met and product quality meets customer expectations.
• Work closely with R&D to support accelerated new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.
  • Transfer, install, set up and verify the process equipment and processes until completely release to production.
  • Manufacturing process and tooling design, installation, verify buy-off and release to production.
  • Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
  • Create manufacturing documents such as work instruction, control sample builds, optimization, and complete transfer into mass production.
• Collaborate with distinct functions as manufacturing engineering representative function.
• Technical solution of process and product to drive for production yield, productivity, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reduction.

Qualifications and requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in telecommunication, electrical, electronic, or optical products.
• Experience in troubleshooting common electronic and optical component and circuit problems.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and engineering team members. Ability to discern priorities in handling stressful situations.
• Familiar with common electronic and optical terminology
• Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai.
• Experience in Agile, Oracle and MS office is necessary.
