The Role:

The Digital Community Manager plays a key role in growing and nurturing FrontLobby's online communities, building strategic partnerships, and driving brand awareness. By creating meaningful connections with Housing Providers and fostering an active community, the Digital Community Manager helps introduce FrontLobby to new online audiences. This role is a blend of customer service, business development, and social media management, with a focus on connecting landlords to FrontLobby's unique services.

Objectives for this Role:

  1. Increase awareness of FrontLobby using social media
  2. Develop new partnerships with industry experts and influencers that will increase brand awareness and credibility
  3. Manage FrontLobby’s online presence both proactively and reactively
  4. Work with Marketing to create engaging content for our social media channels

KPI’s:

  • Social Media incoming traffic
  • Basic Membership conversions
  • Premium Membership conversions

Requirements

What Your Week Will Look Like:

  • 70% digital community management
  • 10% team meetings and reporting
  • 20% strategic partnership development

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Daily communication with FrontLobby’s digital community
  • Finding opportunities for us to share FrontLobby with new audiences online (new partnerships with influencers, groups and conversations to be part of, lives and webinars)
  • Ongoing ideas on how to raise awareness
  • Weekly team meetings with reporting metrics

What You Bring:

You must LOVE communicating with people. This position requires an outgoing individual with a proven history of customer service, business development, networking, and the ability to share industry knowledge freely.

  • Ability to meet clearly defined goals
  • Relevant experience in customer support, sales, account management, social media management
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot or others)
