Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills coupled with a keen ability to understand and integrate human-centric approaches. You will work closely with our clients to analyse business needs, design innovative solutions, and drive strategic initiatives that lead to measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for our clients. Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making processes.
• Human-Centered Design: Apply Design Thinking principles to understand user needs and develop solutions that are user-focused and innovative.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop business strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and present actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus and buy-in.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including business analysis, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Experience with Design Thinking or other human-centered design methodologies is a plus. Ability to balance analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in complex situations.
• Good level of English and Portuguese, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
