Record to Report Analyst

• Ensure the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions in the areas of inventory and product costing, adhering to process requirements.
• Perform inventory reporting and reconciliation tasks, including goods in transit, stock balances, costing runs, purchase price variance, and goods receipt and invoice receipt reconciliations.
• Conduct reconciliation using the Blackline application.
• Process manual journal entries through the Blackline application.
• Manage blocked billing accounts and resolve pricing/FICO errors, particularly period-related errors.
• Support process improvement activities, conduct root cause analyses to eliminate process waste, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Record to Report (RTR) operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control systems.
• Create and maintain Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and other process-related documentation.
• Foster effective relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any Stream
• 1-3 years of experience in the Record to Report department.
• Proficiency in end-to-end Record to Report processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with SAP experience being essential.
• Experience in writing and updating DTPs, process maps, and other process-related documents.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to service excellence, process improvements, and automation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Fluency in English.
