Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and successfully delivering BI projects.
  • Proven track record of meticulous data validation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software for financial tasks, including spreadsheet formulas, data extraction, and model validation.
  • A strong affinity for analytical systems and experience using Business Intelligence technology from a financial perspective. Experience with Cognos, TM1, Oracle Data Visualizer, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Proven understanding of data connections, data warehouse structures, and data modeling principles.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management (a project management certificate is an advantage) .
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in change management and training.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
