Test Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Learn Endpoint technology, the product lines, testing opportunities, test workflow and existing test infrastructure.
• Prepare test plans; write and execute test cases; find, file and follow-through defects through STLC Implement test automation (in functional and system testing), periodically run it and see that automated testing results and bugs go through complete STLC.
• Contribute to Automation development and framework.
• Work closely with the Cross-Functional Team Developer/PM and construct and build Testbed Endpoint end-to-end Testing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of testing and automation experience in the Endpoint/Cloud Security domain.
• Good knowledge in the Network/Endpoint/Cloud Security domain.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
• Should be familiar with Agile scrum sprint planning.
• Experience in scripting with Python and Selenium is must.
• Good aptitude for testing, troubleshooting, problem solving.
• Must be a good team player; excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• At least 2-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferences

• BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech/MS/MCA.
• Preferably computer science background.
• Preferably from an Endpoint/Network/Cloud Security company working on Endpoint Security, SentinelOne is a Plus!
• Familiar with Hypervisor VMWare, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Test Management Tool, TestRail, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Test Traffic Generator Tool, IXIA, and Spirent.
