Your role at Clorox:

The ITIL Practice Sr. Analyst, Service Management Office (SMO) is responsible for leading and overseeing IT service management practices in alignment with the ITIL framework. This role ensures that IT services are delivered efficiently and consistently, enhancing service quality and performance. Key responsibilities include managing service processes, driving continuous improvement, supporting service operations teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ITIL Practice Sr. Analyst collaborates with stakeholders, manages key performance metrics, and ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in ITIL best practices are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will:

• This position is critical to the success of our enterprise service operations team, spanning practice management, enterprise alignment, and the management of ITIL practices such as incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management
• ITIL Practice Sr. Analysts are responsible for the successful management and KPI integration of multiple managed service providers (MSP) driving accountability and performance across all service operations
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ITIL practices, governance, and the ServiceNow platform, and will be accountable for full practice operation, training, delivery on desired outcomes, and organizational change management
• Additionally, ITIL Practice Sr. Analyst will drive continuous improvement of ITIL practices in alignment with industry best practices, and the needs of our service operations/product support teams ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Governance: Ensure compliance and alignment with ITIL standards and Clorox policies
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful service operations and project delivery
• Collaboration**:** Partner with other practice analysts as a high-performing SMO team, providing practice guidance, training and daily support to deliver on our goals
• Performance Metrics: Manage defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of MSP, ITIL practices and the SMO using ServiceNow’s reporting and Performance Analysis capabilities.

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience with working knowledge & experience of ITIL
• Certifications: ITIL certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with ITIL practices and ServiceNow platform is required
• Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools is preferred
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Operating Systems

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
