Requirements
You will:
- Partner with our Sales team, Marketing team and leadership to support his growth by finding Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Presales and more.
- Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
- Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade.
- Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices.
- Identify, attract, and recruit high-quality sales candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet our sales requirements and culture fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to attract and retain top sales talent.
What are we looking for:
- Strong proven experience hiring SaaS Enterprise Salespeople in UK, France and Germany.
- You use Screening Scorecard, Standardized interview and Role Plays or are willing to learn and implement.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- An enthusiastic person, strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
- Fluent in English and ideally if you speak French or German as well, that would be a big plus!
