We are looking for a Technical Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should be self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

As an Analytics Delivery Technical Analyst within the digital manufacturing team at our Prague Tech Center, you will analyze, assess, and solve complex business problems in the quality process domain with some overlap into manufacturing. Collaborating with global business partners and platform teams, you will deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet critical business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Business and Data Analysis

  • Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, analyze, and manage data effectively.
  • Ensure attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with software documentation processes (ideally within the pharmaceutical or financial industries).
  • Experience with systems like Veeva, SAP, MES/LIMS etc. (nice to have).

Technical Stack

  • Experience with ETL processes and data modeling/transformation tools.
  • Familiarity with the AWS stack, TRINO, or DBT (nice to have).

Ways of Working

  • Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Other Skills

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, or similar (nice to have).

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and management
  • Experience working with Scrum and other project management principles
  • Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data transformation tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS stack, TRINO and DBT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
